NOTE: * The following items listed below had been verified on site during inspection: 1- New Pump Hayward HCP3020VSP, 2.7 THP pump 2- Blue white flow meter on 2” line reading the above flow restriction. 3- Main drain, skimmer and return line all 2” line coming through the pump room floor. 4- (2) Aquastar 914xxx 2017 drain covers. 5- New Filter Hayward HCF 234 6- 6 returns on the floor 7- (2) skimmers with EQ lines plastered and plugged in the skimmer. 8- New Chlorinator ARCH CCH Endurance. Look likes the attached spec sheet. 9- PERMIT RESTRICTION: - Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall be at 66 gpm to 103 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the 2" return line. Flow greater than 150 gpm exceeds the main drains. Suction Hazard. - Night Swimming is NOT Permitted. - CPO: Brochton Crawford present during operational permit inspection.
