General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Jeremy Laurer. Verified PDSC information. New permit condition, flow required at 99 GPM to 119 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the drain covers. Verified at 99 GPM with pump motor set at 90%. Observed all chemicals stored in pump room. Chemical storage room used to store general supplies for restrooms. Store general supplies in general storage room and only pool chemicals in chemical storage room. Pre-permit inspection did not pass 6) 9) 13) 17) Will meet to pay $100 re-inspection fee by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card prior to scheduling an inspection.
