*******Submit an updated PDSC form. During inspection observed 11 skimmers and 11 equalizer covers over equalizer line. On PDSC form submitted to our office, noted that there were 10 skimmers and 10 equalizer line covers. Updated form must be submitted before pool can obtain a permit. |
