General CommentsInspection conducted with Derek Hutchins. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Recommend replacing flow meter, most of the numbers worn off. Both showers not functioning. Recommend providing functional showers prior to opening the pool. Light switch in chemical storage room hanging out of the wall, wires exposed. Have electrician properly secure switch in the box and install a switch plate. Posted pool hours are 10 AM - 10 PM. Change hours to reflect that pool closes at dusk or schedule pool lighting inspection to verify there is sufficient lighting to allow for night swimming. Exposed wiring on 3HP replacement pump motor. Motor not bonded to the pool. Have a licensed electrician properly wire the motor and connect bonding wire. Will need an electrical permit and passing inspection from Code Enforcement prior to scheduling reinspection. Inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a follow up inspection. This can be done by calling our main office (980) 314-1620 and paying with a credit card.
