General Comments15) Body hook starting to bend, but meeting requirement at time of inspection. Recommended replacing to keep in good repair and avoid permit action in future. 22) Emergency operator stated that address location was correct, but in system "locator unidentifiable" because of city showing "Matthews", but should be "Charlotte", according to dispatch operator. Tax record, permit and phone address match with Matthews location. Dispatch staff stated that they could route correctly, but needed to be fixed. Due to complexity of issue, but rule still being met operator agreed to contacting phone company for correction, then will update records and signage, as needed, depending on solution. Issued local permit sticker. Changed to "A" Open for Business status. Operator unable to sign due to COVID-19 protocol. Ensure Executive Orders are being met when pool is opened to public.
