Due to COVID19 pandemic no signature occurred. CPO Randy Lundquist was present during inspection. Permit Conditions inserted on permit. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Night swimming not approved until return visit occurs for approval.
