General Comments
Pool has passed pre-inspection, but the PDSC form on file is not reflective of the equipment in the pool. Observed 6 EQ lines with 6 Aquastar 6HP covers. Observed 2 main drain covers to be Aquastar 1216XXX (2 covers) not Waterway 640-472 covers as the PDSC form indicated. Also, the pool does not have a 7th EQ line for the 7th skimmer, it appears to have been sealed off, so no 4HP is present as a EQ cover. Permit will be issued once an updated PDSC form is submitted and approved by MCHD. Post permit in public view from the pool deck when permit is issued.
