General Comments13. Observed the tiled contrasting band at 1.5-2 inches from the bottom of the tile to the beginning of the curve (the further away from the middle of the step, the greater the measurment is). Per Hiren Viroja, the pool has never been replastered. Christopher Sells (Pool Senior Inspector) was contacted in reference to this topic. Per Christopher, when the pool/deck gets replastered, please contact him at 704-576-8678 to inform him of the work. At that time, the tiled contrasting color bands must be placed at 1 inch from the bottom of it to the edge of the step. Suggestion: Use black paint to provide a 1inch space from the band to the edge of the step. Permit Issued 18-600632 Per Ms Stephanie, no night swimming. Report emailed to mgaston@hmv-properties.com
