Observed cracked on one end of a deck toward fencing. Need repair and ensure that will not be a trip hazards. Issue has not been fixed yet at this time. ENSURE THAT THE CRACK IS NOT INCREASING IN SIZE AND CAUSE TRIPPING HAZARDS DURING THIS SEASON. IF ISSUE OCCURS AGAIN NEXT SEASON, PRE PERMIT MAY NOT BE ISSUED.
