Decking near rear entry ladder has been repaired with caulking type substance. Caulking is starting to deteriorate. CPO Alex Clay advised that the HOA for the neighborhood will be having the pool deck resurfaced next week. Opening date still expected to be May 1, 2021. Night swimming not permitted. Permit issued today.
