Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order. Pool is not open for night swimming. Night swimming visit is not required. Operator stated that pool will be open from dawn to dusk. Currently pool sign states that pool is open until 10pm. Sign will be changed.
