Permit issued. Pool is not permitted for night swimming. Observed a line with an eyeball cover on it. Line was not pushing out water and acting as a return line and there is no vacuum feature on this pool in the pump room. CPO is unable to determine what this port is for and stated it could be a disabled fill line or a disabled vacuum line. CPO installed a vacuum cover on the line for safety.
