.2537(2) Decks shall be kept in good repair. Observed 3 areas of concrete missing around handrails and on the pool deck. CDI-PO had concrete mix, filled in holes.
.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Observed 2 large holes where the pool used to keep flags for swimming competitions. The holes are 1.5inches and too large to keep unfilled. PO temporarily placed large plastic tubes in them for people to see, has since sent EHS a picture of the holes with concrete inside. |
