Observed Operator to not have access to clubhouse to confirm if doors to pool were self-closing/self-latching or if they were protected by an audible alarm. CDI: Operator gained access by end of inspection and it was found that the doors were not self-closing/self-latching and they did not have an alarm. Windows had inhibitors that came out from window frame that do limit window openings to less than 4 inches. Operator obtained two alarms for the two separate access doors by end of inspection. .2528(a) Ground level doors shall be self-closing, self-latching or child protected by audible alarm. |
