General Comments

Permit restrictions: Requires 5% flow meter. Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 365 GOM due to drain Cover Flow restriction. Suction hazard. Lifeguard variance: Approved/conditional- access to pool when lifeguards are not present is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older. Secure system of entry will be maintained. Entry by unauthorized individuals and only during limited times when the pool would normally be closed. No membership is allowed to individuals who do not live in the community. Proper warning signs telephone and emergency instructions located by the phone. Observed 2 3ft depth markers starting to fade. Recommended replace. Inspection completed with CPO, Zach Womack. Night swimming not permitted.
