#5 No cyanuric acid levels being recorded. ** Cyanuric acid column added to log sheet & CPO reports that he will conduct test & record 1 time per week. GC #25 Equipment room does not have any forced air ventilation or cross ventilation. ** Install forced air ventilation. (Note: No door in place between equipment room & chemical room and at time of inspection strong forced air ventilation in chemcial room.) Approved metal screening (to prevent gate latch access) has been installed as required on gate & fence. POOL PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.
