Pool will not be open for night swimming. Night swimming visit is not required. Skimmer pump horsepower is 1.25 which is different from 3HP that was submitted on PDSC form and on pump housing placard. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order
