Observed pool stairs beginning to chip paint. Paint chipping is not a hazard now but can be in the future. Ensure area is maintained in good repair. Pool operates from dawn to dusk. Pool permit is typically posted in the pump room. Requested that CPO post permit in the public eye. Pool shall be properly cleaned prior to opening for minor leaf debris.
