General CommentsInspection conducted with Benji Sheehan. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Emergency phone signage heavily faded. Recommend replacing with a new, more visible emergency phone sign. Permit issued No Night Swimming Prior to next year's permit being issued, the following need to be corrected: Contrasting color bands on steps. Gap under main gate > 2". Ensure that magnetic latch does not create a foothold and that magnet operates on a battery backup or has another latch meeting requirements to serve as a backup in case of a loss of power. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
