General Comments

Inspection conducted with Danny Richards. Due to COVID-19 precautions. inspection was not signed by the operator. Pool plans to operate at night. Lighting inspection scheduled for 6:30 AM on 4/15. Pool lighting in pump room. Recommend additional lighting in the pump room. Emergency phone and signage not yet permanently installed due to deck furnature storage. Ensure that signage for the emergency phone is easily visible from the pool deck. WAV main drain with bent fin. Recommend replacing with new A112 approved cover and providing updated PDSC form if needed. Permit issued with the following conditions. No Night Swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
