General Comments

Night Swimming Not Permitted Pool will update Emergency Phone system to Kings III during the pool season. Operator has been advised that: Emergency phone shall remain operable. Pool telephone shall be capable of directly dialing 911 or another emergency notification system. Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone. 1.Permit Restriction: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction lines. 2.New Pump Pentair Intelliflo3 VSF 011076, 3 hp pump 3.Aquastar FM30 flow meter reading 138 gpm +/- 5%. 4.3” main drain, skimmer, and return line. 5.(2) Aquastar 1216xxx 2017 drain covers 6.(4) skimmers with 2008 Waterway 640-8240x equalizer line covers 7.(2) Pentair TR 100C 8.(8) returns, either on the floor or the wall.
