.2537(b) All gates and doors shall be self-closing, self-latching.- Observed back side gate with chain around it, unlocked the chain and tested. The gate is not self latching. CDI- the gate is now screwed dead piece of metal to keep it permanently lock. Maintenance stated the gate was used for groundskeeper, now on they will be using the front only gate instead. |
