General Comments

EHS verified the following items onsite during inspection. 1. Pump 3 is a Pentair Intelliflo 3VSF 011076 3 Hp 2. For 2 pump system: 1 4inch main drain line, 2 3 inch skimmer lines, and 1 4 inch return line into the slab. 3. There is a total of 6 main drains in the pool. 4 Aquastar A10RCFRxxx 2017 drain covers. 4. Verified there is a Pentair sand filter onsite for pump 3. There is no data plate for sand filter. 5. 9 total skimmers 6. 26 total returns. NEW PERMIT RESTRICTION: All flow meters must remain operable. Flow Required on pump 3 (011076) at 93 GPM to 103 gpm so not to exceed return line from system (2”). Main flow meter at return line at slab shall be required at least 225 gpm to meet turnover. 93 gpm required to maintain minimum turnover combined with other 2 systems.
