General Comments

#17 Chairs @ end of pool closest to office are ~5' from pool edge. ** Maintain 6' of clear walking space. GC #22 Directions to location of emergency phone is secured to the outside of pool fence near resident gate. ** Provide clear directions to emergency phone inside the pool enclosure. GC #25 Forced air vents in equipment / chemical room operate on light switches. ** Fans should run continuously. IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION issued for #6 & #15. Note: Strong chlorine odor on skin when contact with pool water. Verify if combined chlorine problem or some other chemistry problem & resolve.
