Observed incorrect phone number on signage next to emergency phone. CDI: CPO provided correct phone number.

Observed emergency phone unable to be called back by EHS and CPO. EHS contacted Sr. EHS who also attempted call back to phone number. CDI: CPO obtained new phone and restarted modem. EHS able to call phone back. |
