Buoy rope needs to be maintained at 50 ft. Observed 37 ft buoy rope. One of the body hook thumb screws is facing inside of hook, needs to face outside of hook for safety, second thumb screw is missing, needs replacing. - Immediate suspension items. Buoy has a tear and will need to be replaced soon.General Comment: Immediate Suspension issued. Closed pool with a pool sign and notified PO. Had no access to pump room for inspection. |
