Observed a damaged 5ft sign on the pool deck. Also observed a faded out NO DIVING sign on the pool deck next to the blue slide. CDI-The operators were able to paint the no diving and 5ft signs. |

Observed incorrect addresses from the 911 operator and what was stated on the fence. It was determined that the address on the fence was incorrect. CDI-The address was crossed out with a sharpie and the new address was written in. The operator stated they will order a new 911 sign with the correct address.
