.2537(2) Decks shall be kept free of trip hazards or offsets greater than 1/2" due to deterioration or changes from original deck profile. Observed 2 cracks in deteriorating pool deck floor that were about 2 inches wide. CDI PO filled in the cracks during inspection. Also observed 5 electrical units not covered on the pool deck. They are 12 ft from the pool. CDI PO stated they are for the lights in the pool and under the gazebos. CDI PO covered with furniture (tables and chairs). |
