Observed main gate with a gap greater than 4 inches underneath the fencing. This was corrected and the pool operator was able to lower the poles to the fence to decrease the gap.
.2528(a) Access gates shall swing away from the pool and be self-latching, self-closing unless an attendant AND lifeguard are present.
Observed gate not properly latching when swinging closed. This was corrected and the pool operator was able to correct the gate to allow it to properly self latch. |
