FRONT GATE MUST EITHER BE FULLY SELF-CLOSING/SELF LATCHING WITH PROPER CLOSURE DEVICES (NO BUNGIE CORDS OR ELASTIC CABLES ETC.) OR HAVE AN ATTENDENT FOR THE ENTIRE TIME THE POOL IS ACCESSABLE.
