.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism. Observed gate and fence where button is on gate post. Temporary mesh is zip tied to prevent access to pool. Per Tim Dutcher, temporary mesh is approved for max 10 days. One of the pool staff will come and approve the mesh that’s permanently installed or button to release magnetic lock relocated, if not correct immediate suspension of pool will be issued. Check mesh daily, if resident’s are tearing/damaging it close pool until permanent fix. |
