EHS conducted inspection with CPOs Jeffrey Gallagher and Ivan Acosta present. Observed non-compliant items corrected during today’s inspection. PDSC information and permit restrictions verified: Pump runs at 3450 RPM to meet flow requirements of the system. Verified installation of new pump: Pentair SuperfloVST, 2.2 hp, 342002 model. (2) Aquastar VGBA-2017 A10RCFRxxx drain covers verified. Verified main drain and skimmer line 2”; return line 3” (coming out of the pump room floor). 4 skimmers with (4) Aquastar 2008 A10RCFRxxx equalizer line covers verified. (1) Pentair TR100 filter. Required # of returns and skimmers verified. Night swimming not permitted. Permit Issued.
