#8 One skimmer basket broken/ deteriorated. ** Replaced while on-site. #17 Holes in deck where volley ball net posts used to be inserted and at obsolete over-the-rim spout connection site (no piping inside equipment room for over-the-rim spout). ** Plug holes or fill. #25 -- Equipment room & chemical rooms do not have forced air or cross ventilation. Ventilation means are 2 vents in each door. -- Equipment room floor wet due to leak at pump for fountain circulation. ** Repair to keep room floor dry. Pool permit can be issued once PDSC has been submitted & approved by the Mecklenburg Count Health Department.
