CPO had 2 sets of ring buoys and body tubes. One ring buoy rope length was more than 50’, however, not required due to lifeguard being present at all times. CPO corrected rope length. Permit failure items: Gate must be self-closing/self-latching Phone must be operable and appropriate signage provided. Add depth marker. Make corrections.
