EHS observed that the flow meter on the slide was at 30 GPM. Expiring/Expired Covers - Requires replacement 2026. HAYWARD MAIN DRAINS EXPIRE 5/1/2027. AQUASTAR MAIN DRAINS EXPIRE 7/6/2026 Facility must replace expiring drains and submit a new PDSC form. PERMIT RESTRICTION: 1) FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE ON THE SLIDE RETURN NOT TO EXCEED 30 GPM FLOW (SLIDE MAX FLOW). NOTE: AERATORS ARE NOT PERMITTED FOR USE WHILE POOL IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. NIGHT SWIMMING IS NOT PERMITTED.
