-- Lattice brick wall and ~2" wide brick ledge on solid brick walls provide step holds. Curved ascending brick wall leading to double gate & retaining walls leading up to 2 other pedestrian gates provide step holds/ reduce over all outside approach to pool barrier to less than 48".
-- Observed that wrought iron gate located between door to restrooms and chemical room is chained shut with lock in place; CPO reports that this gate stays locked & is never used. Although not a pedestrian gate, the gate is part of the overall pool barrier itself and lacks screening on its lower portion leaving exposed vertical members spaced > 4" a part and 2 horizontal members providing step holds; clearance under this gate is also > 4" ( at least 6").
