General Comments

Observed some items from previous inspection have been corrected. Flow meter numbers worn off on one side, recommend replacing. Deck resurfaced last year. 9" between water level and top of the deck, this is the maximum allowed. Deck resurfaced over top of coping. Ensure that water drains away from the pool. Glass bottle on the pool deck. Recommend additional, more prominent no glass allowed signage at pool entrance. Fill spout more than 6 inches from ladder. Recommend moving fill spout within 6 inches of ladder or remove and cap when not in use, or remove and cap and replumb to provide manual pool fill in the pump room. Per management, pool hours are dawn to dusk, ensure that pool hours are posted in the pool area. Permit issued with the following conditions: No Night Swimming
