.2539(c) All pools, prior to permit issuance, shall provide documentation to the Department to verify suction outlet safety compliance. Observed PDSC form state that there are 0 operable skimmer equalizers. Observed two skimmer equalizers in field that were not permanently disable and Aquastar covers present on wall. Update PDSC form to reflect equalizers that are installed at pool or permanently disable them on wall and in skimmer before next inspection. If new PDSC form is submitted then it will need to be approved before next inspection. PERMIT DENIED. |
