General Comments

15. Observed facility with a new ring buoy with the incorrect rope length. The rope length was at 40 feet. This was corrected and the rope was shortened to 36 feet. Facility has installed a new chemical storage shed. The shed is approximately 46 sq feet. (82inX82in) The shed also comes with cross ventilation, the required 7 ft ceilings, and a light. John Hurd present during inspection. No signature due to Covid-19 restrictions. Permit issued for no night swimming. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 195 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.
