General Comments

6 - Received in-field plan review application. Application and pdsc form shows incorrect pump. Pentair 011060 Intelliflo i2 installed. Application shows all 1.5" pipe. All piping is 2". Resubmit pdsc form and second page of application by Friday, June 19th or permit will be suspended. No current suction hazard. 23 - No flow meter on chlorinator. Install on chlorinator per mfg. instructions and NSF requirements. 24 - Provide extra pump basket for new pump. John Hurd present during inspection. No signature due to Covid-19 restrictions. Permit issued for no night swimming. Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.
