Free chlorine level was recorded at 0ppm. PIC stated the chlorine filter was turned off due to an electrical short in the pump electrical system. Records in log book indicaten chlorine level has been 0 the past few days. Facility must fix chlorine dispenser and bring chlorine level to a minimum standard of 1ppm. Immediate suspension issued. |
