General Comments

EHS observed open hole by back corner of decking by bathrooms. EHS observed capped wires protruding from hole. Operator stated it is possibly due to old lighting that was removed and placed a barrier over hole for temporary fix. Hole is located near the mulching at the very edge of the decking surface away from the pool. Operator stated cover will be permanently installed prior to pool opening. Flow meter must remain operable. Flow shall not exceed 104GPM due to equalizer line flow restriction. Suction hazard. EHS verified equalizer covers have been replaced and match PDSC form. Equalizer line covers expire 4/2/2031. Main drain covers expire 3/9/2028.
