General Comments

Inspection conducted with George Oquendo. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Observed flex piping has been replaced with Schedule 40 PVC piping. Flow meter now functional, leaking multiport fixed. Did not see a label on the pump. Observed Hayward pump with 2.5 HP motor. Roof to the pump room damaged. Recommend replacing damaged sheeting. Observed some gaps where wooden expansion joints have deteriorated. Recommend replacing damaged 2x4s to maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Permit issued. No Night Swimming. “Issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120 or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
