*******Pool has 9 skimmers and 9 equalizer covers over equalizer line. Update PDSC with correct amount of equalizer line covers and skimmer. Information submitted to our office stated that pool had 10 skimmers and 10 equalizer drain cover. Drain covers info, equalizer line drain cover info, pump model matched information submitted to our office. Before permit is release updated form must be submitted to our office. |
