PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: Sliding gate located near bar shall remain permanently affixed unless used for maintenance if barrier between bar and pool is removed. Paddock drain covers - installed March 2023. Provide yearly documentation for recertification of drains. Screws changed March 2020 - due March 2027.
