Observed no signage to direct or help pool users to locate the emergency phone location. CDI- PIC wrote a direction to the emergency phone on a pool rule sign. Legible signage and arrows for direction of a pool emergency phone needed for pool users. .2530(f) Emergency notification systems must provide 24 hr. monitoring, be capable of routing calls to 911, and be able to electronically transfer Automatic Number and Locator Identification for the phone. Observed King III phone. When dialing King III, location address matched with their system. However when connected to 911 emergency call, 911 cannot locate the emergency location due to incorrect address on their end. The emergency address for 911 needs to match the actual location in the event of a real emergencies. Recommend to fix the issue with all phone providers to obtain that ability.
