Observed emergency phone not functioning properly during the inspection. 911 operator was unable to hear EHS during the call out test. 911 operator made a return call and stated the phone was ringing extremely load. CDI- CPO was able to change out the phone. EHS was able to make another test call and confirmed the correct address and phone number for the location. |
