.2518(g) Install flow meter on return line per manufacturer instructions. Flow meter on piping measured approximately 150 gpm which exceeded 132 gpm maximum on PDSC form. EHS verified with Supervisor via FaceTime that flow meter was installed incorrectly on piping and that flow meter reading is inaccurate due to placement on piping. No permit action to be taken for this violation. |
