Re-inspection conducted with CPO Joshua Pineda present. PDSC information verified onsite. New safety vacuum release system (SVRS) installed and observed to be operable. Test dates and results recorded in chemical log record by CPO. No existing permit restrictions. All critical items from previous inspection observed in compliance during today’s site visit. Items observed today will not hold up permit. Permit sticker issued. Pool is not permitted for night swimming.
