General Comments

PDSC form and permit restrictions verified during today’s inspection: Maintain flow meter operable, flow must not exceed 100 GPM due to flow restriction of drain covers. All critical items corrected during today’s inspection with CPO Darryl McCain. GC: Emergency phone currently accepting calls from only AT&T providers. EHS verified pool phone connects to emergency services, location and call back number. Property manager reached out to service provider and was advised that Kings III is currently porting the previous number. Property manager troubleshooted the issue remotely with AT&T during today’s inspection. .
